We are happy to add MAJR Olympia to our herd from Missouri Alpacas. She is seen here with her 2014 cria Hercules’ Legacy. They add more Aussie Rockford genetics to our herd.

Little Creek Alpacas’ Winter Anemone

Anemone was born on 2/18/2012 around 12:20 pm. Her mother is Ante Up and her Father is Gabrielas Apex, a fine full Peruvian Herdsire from Pine Creek Alpacas. She appears to be very fine. Both Ante Up and Apex fleece stayed fine for years so we expect great things from Anemone

Rivanna Sassy Lass

Sassy is 3/4 Peruvian and 1/4 Chilean.  Her grandfathers are Alianza Peruvian Choco and 5Peruvian Camelot.

She has been bred to Rivanna Run For The Roses and we are anxiously awaiting a cria in November 2012.

Blissful’s Fannie Mae

Fannie Mae is a beautiful white alpaca with exceptionally dark eyes.  She is the grand daughter of  Ante Up and daughter of MFI Peruvian Blissful’s Knight.  Her 2011 fiber statistics were AFD: 18.9, Sd: 3.7, Cv 19.5 with a comfort factor of  99.4%

We expect to breed her to Rivanna Peruvian Pinnacle in the fall of 2011. 

Ante Up

Ante Up is a beautiful silver grey female.  Ante Up is currently bred to a light fawn herdsire North Penn’s Road Block

We hope to see a cria before the end of June 2011.  Ante Up’s  fleece took first place in the 2007  Western New York Fleece show.  Her 2006 and 2007 AFD was 23.2  Her  2011 Fiber statistics were AFD: 29.3,  SD: 6.9, CV: 23.6.

Jodie is a granddaughter of Peruvian Fabio, an Accoyo from the 1993 importation. Jodie has been a reliable production female for us. She exhibits good conformation and good fiber character.

Annie is a maroon daughter of Aussie Rockford. We think she is genetically a rose grey since she produced silver grey with our herdsire, Forester. Her fiber has been relatively stable remaining around 25 microns. (24.8 in 09, SD 4.6, CV 18.7) Annie is currently open but will be bred later this Spring to Rivanna Andea Silver. We hope to add fineness as well as have a chance for another grey cria.

Megan’s fleece is the finest alpaca at Little Creek. Her AFD was 18.6 SD 4.1 CV 21.8 in 08 and 19.3 SD 3.9 CV 20.4 in 09. She is currently bred to Irish Cream, a son of Show Me the Money( an Accoyo Royal Fawn son. We are expecting an awesome cria from this pairing.

She is the daughter of the full Peruvian and ½ Accoyo, ½ Aliznaz Snowmass UltraElite. Her dam was Rivanna Gold Nugget bringing genetics of Peruvian Accoyo El Mousachio, Accoyo Leon and Peruvian Chaccu from her side.

Jewelie combines the best of Forester’s density, staple length, and fiber character with her Dam’s fineness. Jewelie combines the Pperuvian Camilio genetics from Forester with the genetics of Peruvian Accoyo El Mousachio, Accoyo Leon and Peruvian Chaccu from Nugget her dam’s side.
